The ICP document states the owner of the boat, whether that be a private person or a company.
The only restriction is that the company has to be registered within the European Union and that it has been documented as such. Depending on the European state, this can be a transcript from the Chamber of Commerce, a notary, lawyer or courthouse.
The person that applies for the ICP on behalf of the company, will have to be registered as owner of the company and should therefore also be mentioned in the appropriate documentation.
Only the owners of the company can apply for an ICP registration and sign on behalf of the company.
